Equestrian Center, Wellington

This state of the art fifteen acre facility in the Wellington area provides training for dressage horses and riders with housing for up to 15 horses. Major earthwork created a beautifully rolling riding experience in a landscape meant to be reminiscent of the owner’s favorite environment, Colorado. A large variety of flowering, shade and evergreen trees create a unique riding experience.
Large indigenous areas of existing native plants were supplemented to provide wildlife habitat.The owner’s residence includes a dramatic disappearing edge pool with waterfalls overlooking a natural pond, a babbling brook and flower gardens.
