This was an unusual project. The clients from New York had retained Studio Sprout on the original property design. Years later, as an adjacent lot became available, the clients demolished the original residence and created a residence that fits nicely on this property that is surrounded by water on three sides. The new landscape design transplanted or preserved the majority of existing trees. The classic hardscape design reflects a Palm Beach lifestyle that is carefully detailed in its simplicity.
